Graduated with Degree in Business Management from IBAT College, in Dublin Ireland, His passion to continuously learn andenhance his career in F&B has resulted in an impressive career with few famous restaurants in Dublin like Timghad Restaurant , Café Mao and Wagamama Restaurant.
He is well versed in coordinating the kitchen team in accordance with Health and Food Safety Standards. Proven track record in being responsible for the operational management of kitchen. Ensuring safe working environment, meeting the SOP of food preparation, food keeping and maintaining the kitchen equipment and utensils. Ability to identify possible food safety hazards, to build critical control points with measurable food safety control mechanisms while ensuring kitchen is maintained without hazard and cleaned to the highest level.
